Didn't handle "None" for lower and upper correctly when re-formulating the slice operation to use temporary variables. Tests were added, will be in 0.3.22.1 hotfix

Code like this "a[:b] += ..." was not supported yet. Not covered by any test, caused a crash of Nuitka at compile time.
